Nope, we get around. We're based in Minneapolis but work all over the metro: St. Paul, Edina, Richfield, Bloomington, Golden Valley, Roseville, and plenty of other spots nearby. If you're in the Twin Cities, chances are we’ll come to you.

Most of the time, yes, especially if it involves plumbing, electrical, or changing anything structural.

That depends. A quick project could be wrapped up in a few days. Bigger renovations can take a few weeks or more. We’ll give you a timeline up front and do our best to stick to it (barring snowstorms or surprise raccoons in the wall).

We love it. There’s a lot of charm in those old Minneapolis and St. Paul houses, and we know how to update them while keeping all the character.

Minnesota being what it is, spring through fall is your safest bet, especially for outdoor work. But we work year-round and we’re pretty good at dodging the weather. If you’ve got a timeline in mind, we’ll work with it.
