FAQs

Mostly residential stuff: remodels, repairs, the odd custom project. We’ve done kitchens, bathrooms, basements, built-ins, porches, even restored some older homes around Minneapolis and St. Paul. If it’s part of your house and you want it fixed up or built better, give us a call.
-
Nope, we get around. We're based in Minneapolis but work all over the metro: St. Paul, Edina, Richfield, Bloomington, Golden Valley, Roseville, and plenty of other spots nearby. If you're in the Twin Cities, chances are we’ll come to you.
-
Most of the time, yes, especially if it involves plumbing, electrical, or changing anything structural.
-
That depends. A quick project could be wrapped up in a few days. Bigger renovations can take a few weeks or more. We’ll give you a timeline up front and do our best to stick to it (barring snowstorms or surprise raccoons in the wall).
-
We love it. There’s a lot of charm in those old Minneapolis and St. Paul houses, and we know how to update them while keeping all the character.
-
Minnesota being what it is, spring through fall is your safest bet, especially for outdoor work. But we work year-round and we’re pretty good at dodging the weather. If you’ve got a timeline in mind, we’ll work with it.

Give us a call. We’ll chat about what you need, show you what we’ve done for other similar projects, and give you a ballpark quote. No pressure, no sales pitch. We’ll just talk and see if we’re a good fit.

Give us a call or fill out the form on the website. We’ll set up a time to talk, come take a look, and figure out next steps together.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just tell us what you’re thinking. If you’ve got a few of these handy, even better:
What kind of work you want done
Where you're located (city’s good—we don’t need your whole address yet)
When you’re hoping to start
Any inspiration photos or notes you’ve got
A rough idea of your budget
But even if you’re not sure about all that yet, no problem. We’ll start with what you know.
